Job Description

Administrative Business Partner

Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080

Duration: Until 12/31/2025

Interview Format: 1 round - Panel Interview (on-site)

Working Model: On-site 5 days a week (8-hour shifts) 8 AM to 5 PM

The Opportunity

Coordinate schedules and appointments
Manage office communications and correspondence
Prepare reports and presentations
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
Organize and maintain office records
Support department with administrative tasks

Who You Are

5–10 years of experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Proficiency in industry tools/software

Preferred (Optional)

Experience in healthcare or project management preferred

Screening Questions

Do you have experience working with smartsheet or other project management tools? If yes, then where and which project have you used
Have you worked as Project Administrator OR Project Coordinator?
Do you have any healthcare industry experience?
Are you comfortable with Interview Format: 1 round - Panel Interview (on-site)?
Are you comfortable working on-site 5 days a week (8 hour shifts) 8 AM to 5 PM?
How many years of experience you have in managing complex calendaring?
